Ecommerce Team Manager

We are a UK-based e-commerce business looking for a highly skilled and results-driven E-Commerce Team Manager to lead our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate must have in-depth expertise in Amazon, eBay, and Etsy and be capable of driving growth, improving rankings, and increasing sales. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a team of specialists, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently and business goals are achieved.

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team consisting of an Amazon FBA expert, eBay and Etsy specialist, and a graphic designer, ensuring smooth workflow and task execution.
• Sales & Growth Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve product rankings, and maximize revenue across all platforms.
• Marketplace Expertise: Optimize listings, manage PPC campaigns, and oversee SEO strategies to enhance visibility and performance on Amazon, eBay, and Etsy.
• Operations Management: Supervise daily e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics, analyze sales trends, and take corrective actions to ensure consistent growth.
• Problem-Solving: Address account issues, policy changes, and operational challenges to ensure seamless business operations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the graphic design team to enhance product images, branding, and store aesthetics.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.
