JOB SUMMARY:
The Ecommerce Sales Specialist will support the company in managing its online sales operations at Amazon marketplace to boost sales and improve business performance. The individual will work collaboratively with other team members to achieve the organization's business goals
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform sales activities to profitably sell company's products on Amazon marketplace to meet monthly revenue and profitability targets
Forecast monthly sales based on past trends and current competitive landscape for the products
Track daily sales against the competition and implement pricing strategies to meet target sales
Collaborate with supply chain team for order planning to ensure timely availability of products to meet sales demand
Analyze and report monthly performance of products for management review
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Sales oriented and must possess keen business acumen (must have)
Possess strategic thinking and analytical skills (must have)
Proficient with MS Excel (must have)
Intermediate verbal and written communication skills in English (preferred)
EXPERIENCE:
Experience with demand planning and forecasting is required
2+ years experience in an ecommerce sales related role (must have)
EDUCATION:
Minimum four-year bachelors degree in business (BBA or above)
SALARY
Market competitive base salary and sales commission
JOB TYPE
Full-time Onsite (Mon-Sat: 12:00 noon-9:00 pm) with alternate work Saturdays
Candidates should be able to commute reliably to the office on a daily basis
