Job Overview:

This role will be responsible for developing and managing an e-commerce website, ensuring it meets business objectives and user needs. This role will be responsible for optimizing our e-commerce website to increase conversion rates, enhance user experience, and improve upsell opportunities.


Responsibilities:


  • Improve E-commerce Buyers Journey:
    This Role needs to Find and Implement the best e-commerce Tools/Plugins on the website to improve the buyer's journey.


  • E-commerce Tech Standards:
    This role must have an advanced understanding of e-commerce Tech standards and should lead to getting them implemented


  • Conversion Rate Improvement (CRO Standards)
    This role must have an advanced level of understanding of CRO improvement and standards.


  • +3 Years Experience:
    This role must have +3 years of experience in the implementation of E-commerce CRO and Tech standards.


  • Tech Expertise:
    Must have a technical understanding of E-commerce website and WordPress WooCommerce


  • UI/UX Understanding:
    Must have good expertise in UI/UX improvement of website


Other Responsibilities


  • Analyze website performance metrics, user behavior, and conversion data to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement A/B and multivariate tests to optimize landing pages, product pages, and checkout processes.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create engaging and user-friendly website designs that drive conversions.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, heat mapping, and user session recordings to gather insights and inform optimization strategies.
  • Create and maintain detailed reports on website performance, conversion rates, and testing outcome
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align conversion strategies with overall marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve conversion strategies.
  • Conduct user surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and understand customer needs.
  • Provide recommendations for website copy and product descriptions to enhance clarity and persuasiveness.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Marketing related fields


  • Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or website conversion optimization.


  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, A/B testing platforms, and heat mapping software.


  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and content management systems (CMS).


  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate


    effectively with cross-functional teams


  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on results and continuous improvement.

Work Days: Monday to Friday 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM
