Could you be the full-time Ergonomics Engineer in Hyderabad we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your ergonomics and human factors expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, detail-oriented, and solution-focused teammates.
You'll contribute to the development of ergonomic designs that enhance the comfort and safety of our transportation solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Design and Style Department, Engineering, R&D), conduct ergonomic simulations and analyses, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of ergonomic assessments for driver’s desks, seats, and footrests, as well as conduct heuristic evaluations of display interfaces. But also, you will be involved in the preparation, analysis, and interpretation of REX (Return on Experience) results.
We’ll look to you for:
Applying your knowledge of ergonomics and human factors in project development
Performing ergonomic simulations using tools like Catia V5 and Human Builder
Conducting human posture analysis and workload risk assessments
Calculating anthropometric data and seat dimensions
Interfacing with suppliers and academic institutions
Collaborating with the Chief Ergonomic Engineer and other key stakeholders

Degree in Ergonomics, Human Factors Engineering, or a related field
Experience or understanding of ergonomic methodologies and task analysis
Knowledge of ergonomic simulation tools such as Catia V5, DMA, Human Builder
Familiarity with standards like TSI, UIC 651, 612, EN 16186
A certification in ergonomics or human factors is a plus
Strong communication skills to effectively report and present findings
At least 2 years of experience in an ergonomics-focused role within projects
