D·engage was founded and is led by MarTech SaaS veterans who have decades of experience growing multiple SaaS companies from the ground up. We are looking for an exceptional Director
of Sales based in Pakistan, to lead our sales initiatives across the country.
The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of extensive experience in the
SaaS industry with 5 years of team managing / leadership - particularly
in digital marketing or related fields, and possess strong leadership
qualities.
As the Director of Sales, you will provide strategic direction and
leadership to our sales team, driving growth and achieving ambitious targets.
You will oversee the entire sales process, including lead generation,
qualification, and outreach, ensuring effective collaboration with the
Technical Support Advisors or Account Executives and Pre-Sales teams. Your role
will involve setting up demos and meetings, tracking sales performance, and
reporting on progress.
