We are seeking an ambitious, self-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our mission to transform healthcare in Pakistan. Join our team of A-players and take ownership of our product's lifecycle while creating solutions that delight millions of users.
Position Overview: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our online presence and engagement. You will work closely with the founder on overall direction and strategies, bringing your expertise in digital marketing to connect with users, promote our brand, and achieve our marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality visual content, including graphics, videos, and infographics, that align with our brand identity.
SEO and SEM Management: Optimize website content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns to improve our search rankings and drive traffic.
Social Media Management: Plan and manage our social media presence across various platforms, creating engaging posts and interacting with our audience.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and provide regular reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the design, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure we remain competitive.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
Proven experience in creating engaging content and managing SEO/SEM campaigns.
Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, and social media management platforms.
Strong design skills with experience in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
