Responsible for Digital Marketing portfolio in Marketing and Sales workstream providing service delivery oversight for Corporate websites, other Microsites & Applications based on technologies like Adobe Experience Manager, Java & Web Technologies, Mobility & Analytics mainly used for digital marketing solutions. Digital Marketing Service Delivery Leader will also be responsible for interfacing with the Sales and Marketing key users and external communications team.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Incident, problem, change, release management, operational readiness, and transition approach and acceptance
  • Communicate, socialize, and integrate change and release plans with Sales and Marketing key users impacted, or potentially impacted by service disruption or partial services (additions, changes, and/or reductions in service)
  • Adherence to company's information security and compliance processes and ensuring the audit proceedings within Sales and Marketing portfolio
  • Application inventory management and liaison with vendor management office and sourcing teams to manage the service and product vendor contracts and financials
  • 24X7 application steady support, defining and testing the business continuity planning

Experience:


  • 10-14 years’ Experience overall including Managed Services Experience.
  • 8-10 years in large Managed services programs, must have worked in Application support, maintenance, development in various roles including service delivery manager roles. At least 6-8 years of experience in Adobe experience manager, Adobe analytics, PIM, Marketo including integrations with other enterprise applications or CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Experienced in managing the Multi-lingual, Multi geography sites on the Adobe platform
  • Experience on Adobe 6.5 platform
  • Strong understanding of various SDLC methodologies, experience working with Vendors and managing SLAs
  • Project cost and financial management
  • ITIL V3 certified expert or equivalent certifications preferred

Required Skills:


  • Experience in JavaScript, Adobe AEM as well as Frontend Technologies like HTML, jQuery, JSON, Sightly, JSP, XML, AJAX & SPA with AngularJS & React
  • Strong hands-on experience in building & deploying enterprise level Web content Management solutions on AEM 6.4/6.5 and SPA Editor Framework with React.
  • Strong experience with AEM core functionalities like Components, Core Components, Editable templates, Content and Experience fragments, DAM, MSM, Localization, Multilingual Translation, Sling Mapping & Cloud technologies like Scene 7, Adobe analytics, SFDC, Clay Tablet
  • Good knowledge of advanced java or .net framework, batch & real time integrations with other legacy systems, SOAP API, REST Webservices.
  • Good understanding & experience of service management tools like JIRA & Service Now
  • Well verse with Agile Framework & Methodologies
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies such as Gen AI tools, Internet of Things (IOT), Social media integration, Machine learning and Digital transformation preferred

Leadership Competencies:


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in managing the in-house and vendor or contracted team resources.
  • Ability to work with cross functional global teams
