This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability, security, and compliance of our technology infrastructure, enabling seamless banking operations and excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Working closely with the CTO, you will:

• Oversee security monitoring, ensuring continuous vigilance and rapid response to security threats across all systems and platforms.
• Manage L0 and L1 application support, monitoring, and troubleshooting, resolving complex application issues and providing expert technical assistance.
• Track and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with vendors and across all services.
• Manage the change and release management process for application updates and deployments.
• Oversee patch management, ensuring timely deployment of security and software patches across all systems.
• Manage and optimize AWS accounts, focusing on security, cost efficiency, and performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external inspection teams, addressing queries and providing necessary documentation.
• Manage and distribute tasks amongst two DevOps associates.
• Ensure the technology infrastructure operates in line with defined SLAs, KPIs, and KRIs, maintaining high service availability around the clock, 24x7, as per the HugoBank’s policies and SOPs.
• Oversee the operation of cloud infrastructures hosted on AWS and PTCL environments, including key banking applications such as Treasury, eKYC, and the Contact Center.
• Manage overall security operations, ensuring that all systems, applications, and networks are secure, compliant, and resilient to threats. This includes the implementation and monitoring of security controls, incident response, and coordination with the security team.
