Key Responsibilities of the job

1. Brand strategies
2. Marketing & Promotion Planning
3. Sales targets Planning with HOD
4. Promotion Budget Planning with HOD
5. Assist HOD in trainings and development
6. Timely Execution of all plans in coordination with HOD
7. New products identification in Portfolio.
8. Plan activations programs for KOLs and customers
9. New Launch Plans

Qualification & Expertise:

1. Graduation in any discipline. MBA will be an advantage.
2. Min 3 to 4 years relevant experience of Product Management in Cosmetology/Derma.
3. Must have excellent communications, analytical & computer skills
4. Budget preparation and planning experience

Principal skills important to meet job potential:

1. Training & Presentation skills

2. Sound knowledge of job and market.

4. Monthly Salary:

• 150K
