The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in HR, specializing in recruitment, business partnering, learning & development, and organizational development (OD).
Qualifications:
Experience: 5-6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the oil/gas & petroleum industry or large multinational/national organisation.
Education: Bachelors or preferably Masters degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
