We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will be:

• Support requirement analysis, develop, support and documentation of Oracle Fusion ERP and OACS Reports
• Interact with Functional and business teams to understand and translate business processes and requirements intotechnical requirements and designs.
• Deliver business specific custom requirements. Provide technology leadership.
• Provide leadership and coaching to the development team. Engage with stakeholders across the programme.
• Architectural alignment – in lines of "Works with functional and technical architects in supplying the Product specifics that are needed for making architectural decisions."
• Engineering Principles defined at HSBC Technology and ET (Enterprise Technology) level alignment. .Participation in Technology Centre specific initiatives
• Consciously focussing and working on increasing release cadence – in spirit of "release more frequent low risk changes, break less"
• Production Support and End user query support.  This could involve on Call supporting until issue is resolved.
• Product upgrade support .Resilience of application .Application Performance tuning
