Data Team Lead-Data & ML Solutions

We are looking for a Technical Project Lead / Architect with deep technical expertise in Machine Learning project delivery and data solution development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Python, Spark, Oracle BI, Oracle Database, MS SQL Server, and Oracle Data Integrator and will be responsible for architecting scalable data analytics solutions while ensuring compliance with data quality, governance, and lineage standards. The role requires strong project management skills to drive the planning, design, and execution of projects efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Design and architect data analytics and ML solutions ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
•  Ensure compliance with Data Quality, Governance, Lineage, and implement efficient data storage formats.
• Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and business teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of data solutions, from data ingestion to transformation, analytics, and reporting.
•  Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies, ensuring successful execution.
• Define and enforce best practices in data architecture, modeling, and integration.
• Optimize data pipelines using Spark, Python, Oracle BI, and SQL-based platforms.
• Oversee data integration processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and other ETL tools.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, ensuring best practices in development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or equivalent Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
•  8+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, and machine learning project delivery.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python, Spark, Oracle BI, Oracle Database, MS SQL Server, and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
• Experience in designing scalable and secure data platforms in cloud or on-premise environments.
•  Deep knowledge of data governance, lineage, and data quality frameworks.
•  Expertise in project management, planning, and execution of data & ML projects.
• Strong understanding of ETL pipelines, data warehousing, and real-time data processing.
•  Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex data architectures and optimize system performance.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to business stakeholders
