Experience
4–6 years of relevant experience in data analysis, social impact assessment, and community engagement within the mining, development, or corporate social responsibility (CSR) sector.
Requirements
Certification in data analysis, financial analysis, or impact assessment (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or CSR-related certifications).
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate complex datasets into meaningful insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including community representatives, project teams, and senior management.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Familiarity with relevant social responsibility frameworks and global reporting standards (e.g., IFC Performance Standards, GRI, or ESG principles).
Responsibilities
Collect, organize, and maintain comprehensive datasets related to financial aspects and outcomes of community investment programs.
Conduct financial and impact analysis of community investments, assessing budget allocations, expenditure patterns, and financial performance against predefined metrics.
Develop and implement a structured reporting framework to effectively communicate the impact and effectiveness of community investment initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Finance, Community Engagement, and Project Management, to gather relevant data for analysis and reporting.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and impact of community investments.
Ensure data accuracy and reliability through robust quality assurance processes and periodic data audits.
Prepare clear, insightful reports and visually engaging presentations for management, regulatory bodies, and community stakeholders.
Adhere to reporting schedules, ensuring timely and accurate submission of reports.
Identify and implement process improvements in data collection, analysis, and reporting, contributing to the enhancement of overall community investment strategies.
Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Excel) to create impactful reports and dashboards.
