We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist.


In this role, you will:


  • Oversee the daily operations and duties of a team of IT support specialists, providing guidance, setting priorities, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Strong focus on quality to ensure the best customer experience.
  • Delivering and supporting quality services, emphasis on resiliency and availability
  • Strong expertise and understanding of various layers of the infrastructure to ensure service quality.
  • Participate in crisis calls, DQR, MIRs where applicable.
  • Data analysis: Incident data analysis, including historical issues, alerts to help uncover single points of failure, repeat issues, and potential risk areas. Work closely with engineering teams to develop and deploy solutions to address the problems.
  • Understand and apply standards, best practices to ensure compliance with security standards, patching requirements and compliance.
  • Review the processes proactively & consistently to implement improvement plans and to support organization objectives for efficiency.
  • Understanding of business requirements and service technical specifications
  • Own the resolution of problems, demonstrate analytical and problem management skills to drive the resolution and prevent recurrence.
  • Readiness to work in a demanding support environment.
  • Developing clear understanding the business services HSBC offers, their architecture and criticality.
  • AI knowledge/experience is a plus: leveraging the tools to improve data analysis, problem resolution, innovative solutions to reduce risk and improve MTTR.
