Role Overview:

The Data Operations Specialist will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing the quality of our lead data in HubSpot. You will be responsible for cleaning, updating, and reconciling leads from various sources, including conferences, webinars, and other marketing events. This role involves close collaboration with the Head of Sales and Marketing to ensure that lead and participant data is accurate, well-organized, and actionable.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Data Management:

○ Clean, validate, and update lead information in HubSpot, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

○ Reconcile lead data from multiple sources, including conference lists, webinar participants, and marketing campaigns.

○ Identify and eliminate duplicate records while enriching existing contact information.

○ Map incoming leads to HubSpot, creating new entries when necessary and ensuring proper segmentation.

Data Integration & Reporting:

○ Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to understand data needs and priorities.

○ Provide regular reports on lead data quality and any gaps in data that need attention.

○ Assist in building and optimizing workflows in HubSpot for efficient lead management.

Collaboration:

○ Work closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing to align data efforts with broader marketing and sales strategies.

○ Coordinate with other team members to ensure data consistency across departments.

● Process Improvement:

○ Proactively identify areas of improvement in data collection, management, and reporting processes.

○ Help establish best practices for data hygiene and lead management.


Requirements
  1. Qualifications:


  2. ● Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.


  3. ● Strong data management skills with experience in cleaning and reconciling data from multiple sources.


  4. ● Familiarity with marketing and sales processes, especially lead generation and tracking.


  5. ● Detail-oriented with a knack for organizing large sets of data.


  6. ● Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.


  7. ● Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting.


  8. Preferred Qualifications:


  9. ● Experience in SaaS or a fast-growing tech environment.


  10. ● Familiarity with lead scoring and segmentation techniques.


  11. ● Understanding of sales and marketing funnels and workflows
