Job Title: CCB Data Governance Product Analyst

Job summary:

Chase is seeking a talented product analyst to define and execute the CCB data governance product needs.  This constantly evolving, fast-paced environment requires an inquisitive team member who is detail-oriented and can work with product, business, and engineering teams to deliver product solutions from design to release.  You must be able to define and drive new product initiatives through a variety of tech stacks and be focused on rapid iteration.  With a passion for meeting business goals and providing end-user tooling capabilities that enable data quality, metadata management and other governance needs in Chief Data Office. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather product requirements and develop product strategy and roadmap that prioritize highest value capabilities
• Carry out data and market analysis, report on the findings and present data-driven insights to stakeholders and leadership
• Effectively engage and liaise between business and the tech teams and collaborate with to build, enhance and maintain the product solutions with an overall view towards the end user experience
• Develop deep understanding of how our products, services, and solutions work to generate new ideas and opportunities for innovation and improvement, including increasing product adoption and improving user engagement
• Drive change in a complex and heavily collaborative environment, articulating the current business and product landscape and vision for the future to both end users and senior business audiences
• Adopt and pivot to evolving business needs and agile environment learning quickly on-the-job

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• 5+ years of industry experience in product management, data analysis and research, analytics, strategy, consulting, or a related field
• Experience with Alteryx, SQL, API or Event Driven Solutions, Cloud Platforms preferred
• Experience and technical knowledge of data management and governance, big data platforms, or data architecture preferred
• Influencer with great interpersonal skills that will allow you to execute and achieve alignment across a matrixed environment with a wide range of different views, job functions, and levels while displaying a sense of ownership
• Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines, and ensure our organization is on track to execute and deliver strategic change that meets our goals

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: 

• Master’s degree and/or Computer Science/ISM degree and background 
• Experience in strategic or transformational change and technical knowledge of data management and governance, big data platforms, or data architecture 
• Strong knowledge of consumer financial services
