We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of  Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

• Evaluate customer engagement requests and plan, facilitate, and deliver customer engagement activities by applying established Customer Success Frameworks.
• Utilize advanced AI technologies within the organization to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of internal customer engagement processes.
• Collaborate with communication teams across various areas of the organization to streamline customer engagement workflows.
• Advocate for strategic Customer Success Frameworks to product teams, fostering consistency in customer engagement practices with the goal of improving customer satisfaction.
• Develop resources and deliver training sessions to enhance product owners' capabilities in effective customer engagement.
• Contribute to a team environment focused on generating, experimenting with, and implementing innovative ideas to reduce operational challenges and improve engagement outcomes.
• Gather feedback from internal customers to drive continuous improvement of products and services.
• Create, maintain, and enhance documentation using platforms such as Confluence, ServiceNow, and SharePoint.
