We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to connect with our customers. Ensuring that they are getting the best experience by addressing customers’ inquiries, providing information, and logging their complaints.
Ensure a smooth and engaging experience by addressing customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Verify and log undelivered orders marked by riders in the database.
Listen to and document all customer complaints, closely monitoring any breaches of SLAs.
Ensure that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently
Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to be able to respond to customer queries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer service, support or related field
Understanding of Last Mile Logistics is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Have a strong eq to calmly handle agitated customers
Familiarity with CRM and CMS systems and call center software
