This makes us the region's fastest-growing SVOD and LIVE Sports streaming service. Job Overview
The STARZPLAY team is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced CRM Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will report to the Head of CRM and be responsible for executing and optimizing CRM campaigns to enhance customer engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Martech platforms and a technical background in HTML is a plus. Responsibilities

Execute and optimize CRM campaigns using platforms like CleverTap, MoEngage, Braze, WebEngage, Insider, or similar tools.
Develop and deploy automated, triggered, and journey-based CRM campaigns.
Plan and execute mass and segmented manual campaigns.
Track and own key engagement metrics related to user engagement, churn, and reactivation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and drive engagement.
Conduct A/B testing and analyze user data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain and improve data management processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Act as a liaison between the IT and CRM teams to identify and target specific consumer segments.
Partner with stakeholders to inform and align them on upcoming data management initiatives.
Stay updated on best practices and new trends in CRM and customer engagement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in CRM tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, Braze, WebEngage, Insider, or similar platforms.
Proficiency in creating and managing personalized, data-driven campaigns.
Basic knowledge of HTML for email or campaign customization is highly preferable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with A/B testing and analyzing user behavior data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with subscription-based business models is a plus.
Fluency in Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
