Job Overview:


CureMD is looking for a highly skilled and super passionate CRM/HubSpot Admin to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HubSpot CRM platform to enhance our marketing and sales processes. You will oversee all aspects of the CRM system, driving strategies to boost customer engagement and lead generation, ensuring a seamless and effective customer journey.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Manage and optimize the HubSpot CRM platform to support marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system.
  • Maintaining general CRM hygiene.
  • Managing and updating contacts and marketing contacts.
  • Creating automated workflows.
  • Managing HubSpot lead capturing forms and CTA.
  • End-to-end reporting.
  • Develop and implement automated workflows.
  • Custom properties.
  • Custom Views.
  • Active and static lists.
  • Maintaining integrations and adding new ones as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create targeted campaigns within HubSpot and track their performance.
  • Work with the website development team to maintain and improve HubSpot’s integration with the website.
  • Analyze CRM data to provide insights and recommendations for improving customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Train and support team members on HubSpot CRM functionalities and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with CRM trends and HubSpot updates to leverage new features and functionalities.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot CRM-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Qualifications:


  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience working with HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub Suite, Sales Hub Suite, Automation, Reporting, Data Management, and other tools within HubSpot.
  • The candidate must have a proven track record of managing and optimizing the HubSpot platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in other CRM software like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an added plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret CRM data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
