Job Overview: We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to collaborate with our digital marketing team and create impactful marketing materials. This role requires someone with a keen eye for design and an ability to deliver high-quality content that aligns with our brand identity and value proposition. Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the digital marketing team to create engaging brochures, presentations, and sales decks.
Design various marketing collateral including flyers, posters, banners, and digital content to support initiatives.
Ensure all designs are aligned with the company’s brand identity and effectively communicate our messaging.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions on time.
Assist in developing templates and style guides to maintain consistency across marketing and sales materials.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in design.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on marketing and business development.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, especially in marketing and business development.
A solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
