A client is looking to hire an experienced professional for the position of Creative Designer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal teams to understand design requirements and project objectives.
Develop innovative and engaging visual designs for various marketing materials, including digital and print media.
Create and edit graphics, illustrations, videos and layouts using design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
Manage and maintain social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
Monitor social media trends, platforms, and tools to stay up to date with the latest developments and opportunities.
Conduct research and analysis to identify target audience preferences, behaviours, and content interests.
Create engaging and shareable content, such as text, images, videos, and infographics, to drive user engagement and brand loyalty.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of brand messaging across all social media channels.
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required:
Bachelors degree in media science/communication design or related field. Certifications or diplomas can be considered with relevant experience.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience. Experience in social media management would be a plus preferably in marketing agencies, media houses, and startups.
