• coordinate with administration, faculty, nursing and HR to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
• develop monthly analytical reports to facilitate taking informed decisions.
• facilitate implementation of renovation and expansion plans. Ensure compliance with all aspects of clinical and corporate governance and legislation.
• handle patient complaints and crisis situation in most professional manner and deal with the law enforcing agencies on behalf of the hospital whenever required. Develop and implement control systems to prevent, detect and correct all misstatements, errors and forgeries.
• ensure a high level of patient focused orientation among the staff to facilitate provision of quality health care services.
• involve actively in hospital marketing and meet corporate customers on a weekly basis.
• coordinate CME and other health awareness programmes on a regular basis.

RequirementsYou should have:•    a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree would be preferred•    a minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in health care•    strong and effective written and oral communication skills•    good management and organizational skills
