Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other third parties to ensure terms are clear and protect company interests.
Ensure all contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Manage the contract lifecycle, including preparation, negotiation, execution, compliance, and renewal.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and supply chain teams, to ensure alignment and clarity on contract terms and obligations.
Track contract performance and ensure fulfillment of terms by both parties, taking corrective action when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of all contracts, agreements, and associated documents.
Provide training and guidance to internal teams on contract management best practices and procedures.
Support risk management efforts by identifying potential risks in contracts and developing strategies to mitigate them.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize contract processes and performance.
