Position Title: Content Writer

Position Purpose: We are looking for a Content Writer who will be responsible for producing engaging and informative content that educates and excites our audience about our products and services.

Education & Professional Qualification:

  • Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or equivalent degree from a reputed educational Institute, preferably in English Literature, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience: 
  • 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience working on writing.
  • Experience in writing at least 3000 – 3500 words in a day.
  • Proven Experience working in a IT software company.
Responsibilties:


Write High-Quality Content:

Create clear, well-researched, and engaging content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, product descriptions, and more within the tech and software space.


Tech & Software Expertise:

Develop content that explains complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand, accessible manner, targeting both technical and non-technical audiences.


Content Strategy Collaboration:

Work with the marketing and SEO teams to align content with overall marketing strategies and SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.


Research & Analysis:

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the tech and software industries, conducting thorough research to ensure content is current, accurate, and relevant.


SEO Optimization:

Optimize content for search engines by researching keywords, integrating them effectively, and ensuring content is structured to improve visibility in search results.


Editing & Proofreading:

Review and edit your content and that of others to ensure high quality, grammatical accuracy, and adherence to the company's style guide.


Thought Leadership:

Help position the company as a leader in the software and tech space by contributing thought-provoking content and insights into industry trends, best practices, and innovations.


Content Calendar Management:

Manage deadlines and content schedules, ensuring timely delivery of written materials and consistent publishing of content across platforms.




RequirementsProven Experience:
2+ years of content writing experience, specifically within the tech, software, or IT industries. Experience writing for SaaS or software products is a plus.

Strong Writing Skills:
Excellent command of the English language with the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content. Experience writing technical documentation, blog posts, or articles is a plus.

Tech & Software Knowledge:
Solid understanding of the tech landscape, including software products, SaaS solutions, cloud computing, programming languages, development processes, and other relevant industry topics.

SEO Knowledge:
Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research, and optimization techniques to enhance content performance and organic search visibility.

Research & Analytical Skills:
Strong ability to conduct in-depth research and convert complex technical information into digestible and engaging content for different audiences.

Collaboration Skills:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking feedback and collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce content that meets business objectives.

Attention to Detail:
Strong attention to detail in both writing and editing, ensuring content is error-free and of the highest quality.

Familiarity with CMS:
Experience using content management systems like WordPress, HubSpot, or others to publish and manage content.
