In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with the marketing, product and customer success teams to understand 7Vals customers, identify content marketing opportunities, and create and edit dynamic content around our products. All this will be done with a view to strengthening our brand and optimizing the path to conversion - particularly in North America.
Core Tasks:
Have experience with structuring, developing, editing, and measuring digital content.
Produce and edit manuals, help topics, and FAQs for our SaaS products.
Create and edit work consistent with our brand, and work on whitepapers and case studies to create social proof of our products.
Independently research and author web content to be published on business blogs, newsletters, and distribution lists.
Create partnerships with key stakeholders in the SaaS/tech landscape.
Implement standards to develop and deliver high quality documentation.
Experience and Qualification Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with preference given to English, Social Sciences, Journalism, Computer Sciences, or a related field.
Experience creating and editing diverse content for the web.
Experience with Wordpress and Google Analytics preferred.
