Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Specialist


We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our growing team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a crucial role in developing and administering compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent MBA graduate with a specialization in Finance to gain practical experience in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:


Variable Compensation:


  • Develop and administer variable compensation plans (bonuses, incentives) aligned with company performance goals.
  • Clearly communicate variable compensation goals, calculation methods, and bonus triggers to employees.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of variable compensation programs.

Benefits Administration:


  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and others.
  • Stay informed about changes in benefits legislation and ensure compliance.
  • Evaluate and negotiate with benefits providers to secure competitive offerings.

Compensation Analysis:


  • Conduct market research and analyze compensation data to ensure competitive pay practices.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on compensation trends and program effectiveness.

Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with HR and senior management on compensation-related issues.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on compensation and benefits matters.

Qualification:


MBA with a specialization in Finance


Must-Have Skills:


  • Fresh graduate to less than 1 year of experience in a related field (internships considered).
  • Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, conduct research, and develop compensation models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Able to effectively communicate with employees at all levels.
  • Problem-solving abilities: Capable of identifying and resolving compensation-related issues.
  • Detail-oriented: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
