Your New Role:
The WBD S4 ERP implementation is a large-scale M&A initiative that benefits the entire company and is supported via the Integration Management Office (IMO)The APAC wave spans 12 countries and 26 legal entities over a 12–15-month horizon. The APAC Technology Analyst will support the Technology PMO Lead, who is the primary technology point of contact in region for S/4 Compass project, and works closely with program PMO, and is accountable to core PMO and Functional areas within technology, the tech project manager will oversight, manage risks, issues, escalation and logistics coordination for international releases. Provide overall support to local deployment activities including technology build, testing, cutover and deployment activities. Facilitate the integration of business and technical cutover plans.




Your Role Accountabilities:



Project Operations



  • Assistingrelease lead in planning, scheduling, and coordinating projectsactivities, including tracking project progress, managing timelines, and ensuring that project deliverables meet set standards.



  • Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on project data, including status updates, KPIs, and performance metrics, to provide insights that help guide decision-making. They often create dashboards and reports for stakeholders.



  • Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, issue logs, and change management records. Ensuring all project documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.



  • Assisting in identifying, assessing, and monitoring project risks and issues. Collaborating with the project team to develop mitigation plans and track the resolution of issues.



  • Assisting with the allocation and tracking of project resources, including personnel, budget, and other assets necessary for the successful execution of ERP projects.



  • Facilitating communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management. Providing clear and timely updates on project status, risks, and any changes in scope or timelines.



  • Supporting change management activities, including helping to develop training materials, user guides, and communication plans to ensure successful adoption of the ERP system by end-users.



  • Ensuring that projects comply with internal policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. Monitoring adherence to project governance frameworks and escalating issues as needed.



  • Tool and System Administration: Managing project management tools and systems, such as Smartsheet, Excel, ALM, ServiceNow, ensuring they are properly configured and used effectively by project teams.




Qualifications & Experiences:



  • Bachelor’s or equivalent years of experience required



  • Information Technology - Preferred



  • 3-4 years of experience working on medium to large program management office support role 



  • 1-2 years of prior experience in a related field (media, entertainment plus)



  • They must have direct experience with software development, implementation and deployments.



  • SAP experience preferred but ERP or EPM project experience required.



  • Experience with large scale project teams across technology and business.



  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and good project management capabilities



  • Based in APAC Region, periodic travel required



  • Must have experience in coordinating and managing tasks across teams and across systems



  • Experience implementing international systems is highly desirable



  • International travel will be required.



  • May require flexible schedules including on-call requirement to support project team members across the region as needed.



Not Required but preferred experience:



  • Knowledge of and passion for media, entertainment, and technology industries (including key players, growth trends and drivers, new media models, industry structure, etc.)



  • Experience working in a national or global company.



  • Comfortable in working in a highly iterative and somewhat unstructured environment.



  • Excellent communication skills. The role requires clear direction locally, but also will involve global/above site engagement for both straightforward communications, and also influencing.



  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment. 



  • Knowledge of core systems and business processes (across divisions), business applications architecture of current systems is preferred.
