Pavago is seeking a passionate and strategic Community Manager to join our client’s team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing dynamic online communities for B2B influencers. You’ll engage with community members, curate and repurpose content, and ensure a seamless experience across platforms like Mighty Networks. Your ability to foster engagement, moderate discussions, and leverage content for daily newsletters will be key to maintaining a thriving and active community. Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Mastery and Technical Operations: Learn and utilize Mighty Networks to its fullest, including automation, reporting, and engagement analytics. Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to repurpose and optimize content.
- Content Scheduling and Management: Organize and schedule polls, quizzes, and discussions, upload training content, and curate daily posts from the influencer’s LinkedIn content.
- Community Engagement and Moderation: Monitor and engage with community members, identify trends, and collaborate with the influencer to provide personal responses when needed.
- Event Management: Coordinate and manage live events, ensure smooth logistics, and repurpose event content for further engagement.
- Content Repurposing and Distribution: Turn community activity into summary posts and draft daily LinkedIn newsletters with relevant CTAs linking to the community.
- Sub-Groups and Inner Circle Management: Assist members in running their own sub-groups and manage premium inner circles with exclusive events and content.
- Strategic Planning and Collaboration: Develop monthly content plans, collaborate with influencers to align on themes, and propose engagement strategies based on data.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track community performance and suggest optimizations based on engagement rates and event performance.
- Member Onboarding Process: Manage the onboarding process for new members, ensuring they are guided and encouraged to participate early.
- AI Integration: Work with the team to integrate AI tools to enhance content repurposing and personalized engagement.
- Crisis Management: Handle issues like spam or negative feedback, ensuring smooth operations within the community.
- Regular Feedback Loops: Collect feedback from the community and share insights with the influencer to refine strategies and offerings.
- Community Growth: Assist in growing the community through promotional campaigns and referral programs.

Required Skills & Tools:
- Community Management Experience: Proven experience managing online communities, ideally for B2B influencers or in similar industries (plumbing, home services, tech, etc.).
- Mighty Networks Expertise: Expertise with Mighty Networks and other community management tools.
- AI Tool Proficiency: Proficiency in AI tools like ChatGPT, NotebookLM, or similar content optimization and repurposing tools.
- Content Creation Skills: Strong content creation skills, including drafting newsletters, posts, and summaries.
- Discussion Management: Ability to manage and moderate discussions, identify trends, and ensure healthy engagement.
- Event Coordination Experience: Event coordination experience and knowledge of content repurposing strategies.
What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
A typical day for you will involve engaging with the community on Mighty Networks, answering questions, and fostering discussions. You'll schedule content and events, curate and repurpose influencer content into posts or newsletters, and collaborate with the team to strategize on community growth. Additionally, you'll analyze engagement data, suggest improvements, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new members, making them feel welcomed and involved.
