Job Description:


Position Overview:


The Communications Implementer will be responsible for managing and executing communications strategies within the mobility business. This role will involve liaising with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with regulations, managing communications with our business partners, and driving internal communications to keep teams informed and engaged. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:


  • External Communications:
    • Manage and coordinate communications with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key regulatory stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and compliance processes.
  • Retailer and Business Partner Communications:
    • Communicate Shell policies, manuals, and contractual obligations clearly and effectively to our business partners.
    • Provide guidance and support to business partners regarding Shell's operational standards and expectations.
    • Ensure that all communications are aligned with Shell's brand values and business objectives.
  • Internal Communication:
    • Plan and execute internal events such as Business Plan Cascades and Townhalls to keep staff informed about financial results and key business developments.
    • Run a quarterly newsletter to celebrate and share best practices both within local team and to be cascaded to global markets too.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Engage with internal and external stakeholders such as Marketing, Learning and Sales to understand their communication needs and provide appropriate support.
    • Act as a point of contact for communications-related inquiries from stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for improving communication processes and strategies particularly by using digital tools.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure proactive communication management.
