RequirementsAzure Cloud & CI/CD Pipelines
• Develop, automate, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for applications, services, and infrastructure.
• Set up and manage build and release pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Apply version control (Git), implement branching strategies, and manage repositories.
Microsoft Azure Proficiency
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure services, including Compute, Storage, Networking, and Security.
• Manage Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), security policies, and compliance controls.
• Utilize Azure Entra ID for identity management, conditional access, and enterprise security.
• Configure and manage Web Application Firewall (WAF) to protect applications from web threats.
CI/CD for Power Platform (Mandatory) & Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 (Good to Have)
• Configure and manage pipelines for deploying solutions in PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other M365 solutions.
• Work with Microsoft Fabric to orchestrate ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
Microsoft Fabric & ETL Pipelines
• Design, deploy, and monitor ETL pipelines using Microsoft Fabric components.
• Integrate data storage solutions within Fabric with Azure Data Services.
• Automate and optimize data flow for large-scale environments.
Scripting & Automation
• Write PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and provision environments.
• Develop reusable scripts for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployments.
Technical Documentation & Diagramming
• Produce clear and detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, flow charts, and infrastructure layouts.
• Communicate technical designs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Client-Facing Experience
• Work directly with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide timely updates, troubleshoot issues, and guide clients on cloud best practices.
Cross-Tenant Migration Planning & Execution
• Plan and execute cross-tenant migrations for Azure, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Utilize tools like Azure Migrate, Power Platform Migration Tools, and Azure Data Factory to migrate applications, data, and infrastructure.
Security & Compliance
• Implement Azure Security Center, Azure Policy, and Azure Sentinel to ensure secure, compliant environments.
• Manage access with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), adhering to least-privilege principles.
• Configure and optimize Web Application Firewall (WAF) for secure cloud-based deployments.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting
• Use Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights to monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure, applications, and pipelines.
• Diagnose issues quickly and implement solutions to ensure high performance and availability.
Preferred Skills
• Containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, or Bicep.
• Familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or other serverless solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Cloud Engineering role, focusing on Azure and Microsoft DevOps solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to emerging technologies.
Certifications
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) - Mandatory
• Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400) - Preferred
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) - Preferred
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) - Preferred
