Position Title: Client Success Executive

Location: Ikonic, Plot # 176, Korang Road, near Rahat Bakers, I-10/3, Islamabad

Position Purpose:

We seek talented and driven individuals to join our team as Client Success Executives for our Clientele in the US. The candidates should possess at least 1 years of mid-level experience with Sales in the service industry, specifically IT & Software services. Exceptional English proficiency is paramount for this role. IELTS would be a plus.

Education & Professional Qualification:
  • Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelor or Master in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
  • Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience:

  • 1 years of relevant experience with Client Success Executive with direct client coordination experience and sales through freelancing platforms.


  • Proficiency in English communication is mandatory.


Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients as their primary point of contact.


  • Schedule regular one-on-one meetings to deepen engagement and understanding of client objectives.


  • Collaborate across departments to develop tailored success strategies for individual clients.


  • Identify opportunities for product/service enhancements to better meet client needs and goals.


  • Issue Resolution addresses client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring timely resolution of issues.


  • Escalate critical issues when necessary and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.


  • Renewals and expansion monitor client usage metrics to identify contract renewal and expansion opportunities.


  • Work independently and collaboratively with sales teams to drive contract renewals and explore and upsell opportunities.


  • Client advocacy and feedback: Act as a client advocate within the organization, representing their interests and priorities.


  • Gather and relay client feedback to inform product development and improve overall client experience.



Requirements
  • 2 years of demonstrated experience with Client Success in the service industry with international clients.


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills


  • Strong knowledge of successful client success strategies


  • Proficiency in English communication and engaging clients effectively.


  • Additional skills of IELTS are highly valued.


  • Familiarity with client relationships.


  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly in engaging and retaining clients.


  • Proven ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate within a team environment.


  • Results-driven with a focus on client feedback and process improvement.
