As part of CIB – Digital & Platform Services, at Global Screening Operations, you will be at the center of keeping JPMorgan Chase strong and resilient. Job Responsibilities:


  •  As part of the L1 queue, work across varied specialized applications (internal and external) to conduct searches, gather data and record evidences, by identifying anomalies pertaining to political affiliations, negative media news, Sanction hits, etc.. 
  • Analyze and investigate alerts that are generated using standard policies, procedures and tools
  • Work through the alerts on a daily basis to understand if there is a match to our clients and then raise the reviews to the Level 2 teams.
  • As part of the L2 queue, evaluate the potential hits and make decisions that are effective and well-grounded based on guidelines, policies, and insights, by validating the information on internal and external sources. Accordingly connect with the LOB (if required) or escalate to L3 if a material hit is identified.
  • Substantiate an opinion and disposition with adequate documentation. 
  • Strive to maintain individual and team throughput and quality targets
  • Strong analytical ability and critical thinking. Ability to identify issues accurately and offer solutions

Required qualification, skills and capabilities:


  • You must have 5+ years experience in the Financial Services industry with a demonstrated track-record of delivery and/or relevant experience in Compliance, KYC and Screening
  • Good verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate within a team environment and interact across departments.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with proven ability to work accurately and under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Flexibility and willingness to accept new assignments and challenges in a rapidly changing environment
  • Flexible to work in any shift basis business need.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and drive the implementation of initiatives and operational process changes with a focus on innovation
  • Follow and promote a strong controls mindset
  • A bachelor’s degree in finance or other related disciplines, with good MS Office skills.
