Chief Security Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security policies and risk mitigation strategies.
• Oversee security systems and respond to breaches promptly.
• Create and lead emergency response plans, conduct drills, and train staff.
• Conduct regular training sessions for employees on security protocols and safety procedures.
  
• Maintain detailed records of security incidents and generate reports for management review.
  
•  Ensure compliance with local security regulations, and conduct regular audits to maintain standards.

Job Specification:

• Proficiency in the installation maintenance, and monitoring of security systems such as CCTV, alarms and access control systems.
• Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities and implement effective security measures.
• Ability to lead, train and manage security personnel to ensure they are prepared and efficient in their roles. 
• Bachelors in any field. ( Must have a background of Infantry).
• 20-25 years of experience.
• 50-55 years age limit.
