Overview To maintain Security control room and support Security Manager in Security & Safety related electronic surveillance. To Support Security Manager in identifying gaps and opportunities in CCTV system To ensure the data privacy of Video Surveillance system (VSS) and use PEPsend for sharing footage with relevant stakeholders upon business approval. To manage and oversee the activities of Plant CCTV system efficiently and effectively in accordance with Plant CCTV systems and procedures. To investigate / inquire and forward violation in safety, security, controls with Security Manager Maintain CCTV equipment through vendor and maintain record. Follow reports and returns. Maintain and operate PA equipment, Access control system - ACS, Guard tour attendance system - GTAS and fire alarm system – FAS in security control room. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding recorded footage and sensitive information. Providing extended support during the absence of VMS operators, gate clerks, or weighbridge operators. Any other task assigned by Security Manager. Responsibilities To ensure the accurate recording of all events and action monitored from within control room, including the maintenance of daily log. To ensure that the control room and all equipment are always maintained by managing the CCTV, ACS, GTAS, FAS and PA equipment maintenance contract. Ensure that all systems are dealt with professionally, efficiently and in accordance with laid down procedures and directions from manager. Reporting of security, ER / IR, food safety / food defense, internal controls, workplace violence, theft cases and HSE incidents to the security manager. In coordination with Security supervisor (manned guarding), Weigh Bridge operators, VMS operator and gate clerks have close surveillance of operations and share report with Security Manager. Ability to follow laid down response and escalation protocols. Generate Reports & Returns summarizing key activities. Timely reporting of faulty equipment of control room with Security Manager. Restrict unnecessary flow of unauthorized persons in control room. Maintain secrecy and confidentiality of digital recording within Security function. Qualifications Knowledge/Skill Experience Competencies · Have knowledge on Plant electronic surveillance security. · Knowledge and grip on Security and safety subjects. · Computer knowledge, communication skills & must display excellent behavior in security discipline. Have ability to rectify minor faults at his own. 3-5 years relevant experience. Diploma in CCTV operations Have working experience with CCTV vendor or local / MNCs Identify and rectify fault in CCTV system. Creative and show productivity. Result oriented. Honest and devoted.
