Cashier / Teller

Eligibility:

Intermediate or Graduate

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of working experience in foreign currency dealing.

Responsibilities:

• Handle over-the-counter currency exchange transactions at booths/branches.
• Process transactions efficiently while minimizing customer wait times.
• Verify the authenticity of foreign currencies and identify counterfeit bills.
• Ensure compliance with exchange company SOPs.
• Reconcile and balance cash tills at the start and end of the day.
• Maintain and review daily transaction records and reports.
• Manage optimal cash holding levels through timely disposal arrangements.
• Perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the line manager.

Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling currency.
