Your Role and Responsibilities By leveraging deep asset management domain expertise, consulting acumen, and technical know-how, this role ensures the delivery of solutions that align with client business strategies and drive measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Alignment with business technical stakeholder
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, data & asset management challenges, and operational goals
Translate client needs into scalable EAM solutions that foster operational efficiency and cost optimization.
Solution Design & Implementation
Design authority and implement PTCL EAM solutions, incorporating APIs and integrations with existing systems.
Ensure alignment with best practices and compliance standards to achieve seamless operational workflows.
Process Optimization & Transformation
Analyze and reengineer PTCL management processes to enhance asset lifecycle performance, reduce downtime, and improve ROI.
Promote adoption of predictive maintenance, IoT integration, and AI-driven insights.
Spearheaded the development of a comprehensive Self Service reporting framework, enabling business users to independently generate and analyze reports.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Should be to lead a comprehensive BSS/OSS/Maximo transformation programs, including the upgrade of Oracle Siebel CRM from a legacy user interface to open web technologies, providing a browser and device-agnostic experience.
Should be able to Execute system changes, including designing and implementing new functionalities, modifying existing processes, and integrating systems. Also ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to business operations through careful planning and coordination.
Should have led migration of custom-developed order management processes in IBM Business Process Management (BPM) to Oracle’s Order & Service Management (OSM)
