Job Description:
Role : Business Manager - Kerala; Mars Petcare; Kochi
Location : Kochi
Job Purpose
This is frontline manager role having a responsibility of managing the channel sales. This is an important role considering this to be the link between the various departments and frontline sales force and customers.
What are we looking for?
7-10 years FMCG experience, with 2years+ as manager
Must have handled GT business including distributor management, team management and key customer management
Good communication skills and understanding of the local market
What will be your key responsibilities?
Lead the business growth for the territory, through a team of 4-6 associates
Drive all strategic priorities of Mars in the territory
Co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders to drive plans in the territory
Coach and develop team members
