Summary: As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. This includes analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the organization and make a positive impact on its performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Contribute to the analysis and design/re-design of business processes - Define parts of an organization - Implement activities to improve performance for a specific business function Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM) - Good To Have Skills: Experience with data analysis and reporting tools - Strong understanding of business processes and performance improvement - Experience in analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes - Knowledge of organizational design principles - Ability to implement activities to improve performance for a specific business function Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM) - This position is based at our Hyderabad office - An MBA is requiredMBA
