Position: Outbound Sales Representative
Location: Plaza One, Near DHA Phase 2 Gate 1, Next to PSO Pump, GT Road, Islamabad
Job Type: Full Time, Onsite
Timings: 2 PM - 11 PM, Pakistan Standard Time
About the Role
VASL is looking for a highly motivated Outbound Sales Representative to drive outbound sales efforts in the USA. Your primary focus will be identifying, engaging, and booking meetings with decision-makers through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
If you are aggressive on the phone, comfortable with high-volume prospecting, and experienced with Apollo.io, this role is for you.
Preference for candidates with a strong American accent to ensure effective communication with U.S. prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and identify new business opportunities through outbound outreach.
• Make high-volume cold calls daily to generate interest and schedule meetings.
• Use Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM tools for prospecting.
• Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers.
• Qualify leads and ensure they fit the ideal customer profile.
• Work closely with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities.
• Consistently hit and exceed sales activity targets (calls, meetings booked, conversions).
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of Sales Representative experience in B2B outbound sales.
• Strong knowledge of Apollo.io, parallel dialing, and CRM tools.
• Proven track record of booking high-quality meetings.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle objections, build relationships, and maintain persistence.
• Experience in outsourcing, BPO, or back-office services is a plus.
