We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our client's sales executives by setting up appointments. This role primarily involves making 80–100 calls daily, supplemented by email follow-ups, to secure qualified appointments for our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling & Appointment Setting: Conduct 80–100 calls daily to prospects using a provided lead list. Schedule meetings with potential clients for sales executives.
- Email Outreach & Follow-Up: Send email follow-ups to interested prospects and manage responses. Develop a methodical approach to track and manage leads.
- Client Research & Lead Management: Understand the landscape and needs of the clients to ensure tailored outreach. Take detailed notes and manage callbacks effectively.
- Appointment Preparation: Qualify leads in the CRM. Provide thorough context to sales executives before appointments.
- Tool Usage & Activity Tracking: Utilize tools such as Microsoft Teams, Asana, Dynamics, Apollo, and Kixie. Log all activities in the dialer and maintain accurate CRM records.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: 2–3 years in a business development, sales, or customer-facing role.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Sales Mindset: Strong understanding of lead qualification and appointment setting.
- Adaptability: Familiarity with different markets and ability to relate to clients as if they are local.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and track outreach activities effectively.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
A typical day involves reviewing the inbox to manage responses, prioritizing follow-ups, and organizing call lists to ensure an efficient workflow. The role includes making outbound calls to prospective clients, tracking activity in the dialer, and qualifying leads to identify high-value opportunities. Throughout the day, the representative follows up on warm leads, logs detailed updates in the CRM, and ensures all scheduled appointments meet BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) criteria, providing the sales team with the necessary context for successful meetings.
