Role Description
We are currently seeking energetic and dynamic individuals to join our Sales Team as full-time remote team members. As a Sales Team Member, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference by helping students and parents navigate our programs and the education system, and convert leads into long-term clients by effectively communicating the value of our offerings and guiding them through the enrollment process

• Other Responsibilities
  Becoming a subject matter expert in our reading and writing programs.
  Assisting students and parents in navigating our programs and the education system.
  Responding promptly and professionally to messages, emails, and inquiries on Meta and WhatsApp.
  Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for all users.

Qualifications & Skills:

A passion for education and helping young learners succeed.
Fluent English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Quick learner with the ability to quickly become a subject matter expert in our programs.
Familiarity with online communication platforms and tools.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or education is preferred but not required.
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Location: Remote, Pakistan
