The company is your reliable partner for all your financial needs, specializing in accounting, bookkeeping (both catch-up and routine), and payroll services. We excel in managing everything from financial data entry to advanced Excel tasks, financial advisory, and financial management. Our team is well-versed in financial reporting and can efficiently handle your bookkeeping and payroll processing needs. We also offer top-notch data visualization services, leveraging tools like Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel to provide clear, actionable insights.


Job Description:


We are looking for an experienced Business Development & Marketing Manager to lead client acquisition efforts and form strategic partnerships in the UK, USA, and UAE markets. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial services, consulting, or accounting, with a proven track record in sourcing and managing client relationships across these regions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Acquisition & Growth:
    • Develop and implement strategies to identify and acquire 


      clients in the UK, USA, and UAE markets.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients within the financial services and consulting sectors who need technical resources.
  • Market Development:
    • Analyze the financial consulting, accounting, and outsourcing industries in the target regions to identify growth opportunities.
    • Develop targeted outreach campaigns, including email, LinkedIn, and networking efforts to promote The Company's service offerings.
  • Partnership Development:
    • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with accounting firms, financial consultants, and related businesses that can benefit from The Company's technical services.
    • Represent The Company in client meetings, negotiations, and industry events to build awareness and drive engagement.
  • Marketing Initiatives:
    • Collaborate with The Company's marketing team to develop promotional materials, case studies, and content tailored to the needs of clients in the target regions.
    • Drive brand awareness through digital marketing campaigns, webinars, and industry-specific outreach efforts.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing any service inquiries and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, ideally within financial services, accounting, or consulting.
  • Proven experience in acquiring and managing clients in international markets, specifically the UK, USA, or UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of the financial consulting and outsourcing industry, with a focus on partnerships and resource-sharing models.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for building and sustaining client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting and with a team in a hybrid setting.
