We are seeking a proactive and trilingual Business Development Executive to onboard business clients onto our platform and drive business growth through strategic relationship building. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding relationships with key business clients.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Business Client Onboarding: Reach out to business clients to facilitate a smooth onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to use the platform to meet their business goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for business clients, addressing their concerns and queries, and building strong, lasting relationships.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities to expand services with current clients by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Market Insight: Analyze client feedback and market trends to suggest potential areas of service improvement and business growth.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Track and report on key business development metrics, maintaining up-to-date records of client interactions, deals, and opportunities in the CRM.
  • Follow-up: Regularly follow up with onboarded business clients to ensure satisfaction and explore additional business opportunities.

 Job Requirements:


  • Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English, Urdu, and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Experience: Prior experience in business development, B2B sales, or client management is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with business decision-makers.
  • Sales-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to develop and close new business deals.
  • Tech-Savvy: Able to quickly learn and explain a digital platform to business clients.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to understand business clients' needs and recommend solutions that add value.
  • Customer-Centric: Passion for delivering high-quality service and building long-term business relationships.
