Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within a software house or IT services company. The role is strictly focused on making bids on platforms like Hire Freelancers & Find Freelance Jobs Online and_Upwork_, and does not involve LinkedIn messaging, cold calling, or email hunting. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential projects, place competitive bids, and secure contracts for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities on
Freelancer.com, Upwork, and similar platforms.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through bidding platforms.
Prepare and submit compelling proposals to win projects.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable software solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape.
Meet and exceed bid conversion targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
1 to 2 years of experience in business development or sales software house or IT services domain.
Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and technology trends.
Proven track record of successfully securing projects on bidding platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and writing skills.
Ability to analyze client requirements and craft winning proposals.
Proficiency in Upwork and Hire Freelancers & Find Freelance Jobs Online , and similar platforms.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Experience: 2 Years
Work Timings: 10:30 am to 6:30 pm
Work Mode: Onsite
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Location: Karachi.
