Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Conduct thorough analysis and provide insights to improve business processes.
Develop detailed project plans and manage project timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all business analysis activities.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to manage expectations and ensure alignment on project goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
5 to 8 years of experience
Exposure to cabin crew briefing requirements.
Knowledge and experience in business processes within the travel Industry specifically in areas of Inflight Services, Inflight Catering, Inflight Entertainment, Inflight Retail and Travel Commerce.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full Project Life Cycle experience from business requirements gathering to full deployment of the final solution with the business users.
Very strong data driven mindset, with a proven track record in a Business Analyst position.
Experience documenting and negotiating business requirements.
Must have excellent Communication, Presentation and Analytical skills.
Expertise in supporting Testing, Defects Analysis and Fixing in sync with product development and support.
Should be able to work with our business users and implementation partner to solve business problems.
