We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful implementation, customization, and optimization of Dynamics applications to meet organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Microsoft Dynamics solutions.Develop functional specifications and workflows to address business challenges effectively.Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics applications to align with organizational needs.Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.Assist in testing, training, and deployment of Dynamics solutions.Provide post-implementation support and resolve user queries.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics features and capabilities.Requirements:Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical teams and business stakeholders.Familiarity with system integration, data migration, and reporting tools in the Dynamics ecosystem.Ability to create detailed documentation, including use cases, user stories, and process flows.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.Preferred:Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or relevant modules.Experience in industries such as finance, retail, or supply chain management.
