Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather, and synthesize information to drive business success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business processes. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. - Create detailed documentation of business processes and system requirements. - Assist in the implementation and testing of new systems or processes. - Provide training and support to end-users on new systems or processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development. - Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration. - Experience in SAP implementation projects. - Knowledge of SAP best practices and methodologies. - Hands-on experience in SAP customization and enhancement. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.15 years full time education
