What You Will Do:
Oversee all branch activities, including inbound and outbound courier operations.
Ensure timely and efficient management of logistics, overseeing both First Mile pickups and Last Mile operations.
Monitor daily branch operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Manage the sorting and distribution processes to ensure accuracy and speed.
Assign duties and workloads, ensuring efficient work distribution.
Motivate the team to meet performance targets and service level agreements.
Ensure that customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
Implement cost effective strategies for transportation, fuel consumption, and route planning.
Handle cash on delivery reconciliation and ensure accurate accounting.
Analyze KPIs to ensure the branch meets its targets.
