Experience

Minimum 2 years of working experience in foreign currency dealing branches.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient and secure currency exchange services.
• Supervise transactions in compliance with regulations and policies.
• Coordinate with Regional/Head Office to achieve business targets and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accuracy in currency counting, verification, and auditing.
• Analyze demand trends to optimize inventory and stock levels.
• Lead and support staff, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment.
• Address escalated customer issues and ensure compliance with currency exchange regulations.
• Maintain transaction records and submit operational reports to senior management.
• Perform tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Skills Required

Strong understanding of foreign exchange rates, global financial markets, and currency regulations. High level of integrity to ensure financial security. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and Proficiency in financial software and systems.
